FAQs

For custom orders, please fill out our inquiry form! After we receive your inquiry, we will reach out to you via email to schedule a consultation to discuss your vision. After this meeting, you will pay a $500 retainer fee which will include 3 customized design boards and secure your date.
***Retainer fee is non-refundable.
Yes, I require a $3500 minimum and a $500 retainer fee which is included in the minimum.
Inquiry immediately on the custom order form to secure your date. Availability is very limited and books out well in advance.
Products are delivered on site the day of your event. This fee is included in your grand total at the time of your order.
If your event is outside of the greater Nashville area travel and or shipping fees are calculated after design plans are finalized.
You will be invoiced a $500 retainer fee once you decide to move forward with our services. I will then create a mood board and design plan. This design board can be edited 2x before additional fees are charged.
When designs are finalized you are invoiced 30% of your grand total immediately and then two more times prior to your event if time allows.
Events booked within a 6 week time frame will require payment in full after designs are finalized.
